1. The Dam Redhill
The Dam Redhill hosts a one-of-a-kind floating restaurant for a unique dining experience, boat riding & sports fishing. Amidst the hustle and the bustle of the Nairobi City, it is possible to actually disappear in Tigoni – less than a 30minute drive from the City – and have some fun. The Dam Redhill also has a 20 Km track for Bike riding and they also provide Zip Lining experiences for the Adrenaline junkies.

2. The Lamu Floating Bar and Restaurant
The Lamu Floating Bar is a perfect getaway for visitors, especially the fun seekers in the midst of a culturally confined island. Located about one kilometre from Shela and Lamu towns, the bar offers locals and visitors a unique floating bar and restaurant experience.
The Moorings seafood restaurant is one of the oldest, well-known restaurants and loved for fish, lobster, crab and prawns. Situated on the North coast of Mombasa, the Moorings is floating on the Mtwapa creek with a great waterfront setting and a spectacular view.
4. Stedmak Gardens- Karen
Stedmak Gardens has gained a reputation for being one of the most esteemed event spaces in Karen. They have a floating restaurant facility that is known for its classy food and service.

5. Tamarind Dhows-Mombasa
These are real dhows which were converted into restaurants. The dhows; Nawalilkher and Babulkher are authentic ocean dhows which were formerly used for cargo trading along the Kenyan coast and on the Arab states. They were refurbished into floating restaurants while retaining all their traditional aspects of the original dhows. They all carry a maximum of 70 and 55 people respectively and are only available for exclusive hire. You get to cruise on this dhows while having the best seafood on board.
